Sunday morning was an early one, too. We decided to go to the Easter service at a local Lutheran church. This is not the normal routine for us, but Leah did remarkably well. From there, we headed to camp for our annual winter (spring?) walk down to the lake. On the way, we stopped at Jillson's Farm for the Maine Maple Sunday festivities. We got lots of maple treats (maple ice cream with maple syrup was, hands down, Leah's favorite)! And, we saw a variety of farm animals. Leah was very skeptical of the sheep.
Erik managed to say upright for most of the steep section!
It's a beautiful spot anytime of year.
No deck furniture needed!

Dear family, what a wonderful gift your blog is. GreatNana C. & I have been reading and viewing all of your entries and laughing as we enjoy watching you and Leah. What fun! She is quite a delightful walker and we can tell you are really enjoying her. What a blessing she is. We were surprised to see all of the snow!
Love and hugs, Nanie K and Nana
It is beautiful there. Still can't believe we'll be heading out east. I'll need lots of advice when winter hits! And what a cutie Leah is - walking and all.
